Application for Request of Blood/Data
The stored blood specimens and exposure data are available to cancer researchers at Johns Hopkins who have IRB approved protocols. Investigators are asked to submit the Core Application to the Core Advisory Board by email (kschult1@jhmi.edu) or by fax (410-614-2632).
The Advisory Board will evaluate each application on the basis of scientific merit and feasibility, mindful that this valuable blood repository is limited. The core Application may be submitted prior to IRB approval, but before the Advisory Board releases any blood specimens or exposure data investigators must provide a copy of the IRB approval letter.
